Original piano pieces in the classical style for students. These pieces have been written to fill the gap between the very basic exercise-pieces offered in primers for beginners and the simplest of the classics … Burgmuller, Czerny, Clementi Bach and Haydn. It is this period, normally within the first two years of piano lessons, where many students begin to lose interest. Giving them pieces which “seem” more difficult to the ear often perks up their confidence and enthusiasm. That is my goal.

The pieces vary from very simple melodies over a basic two or three chord bass to slightly more complicated compositions. I provide tricks and tips for each when applicable. And large format downloads for easy reprinting. Feel free to enjoy and copy but please acknowledge source.
